Sunday Services

For those who cannot be in Church in person, the 10.30,  all age service will be live streamed on YouTube, and will be available as a recording later. Visit our YouTube channel for live streamed and recorded Services.

09:30 am Morning Worship

The Morning Service is a traditional and reflective service. It was created to meet the needs of those who find the bustle and background noise of all-age worship a trial rather than a delight. Tea and coffee is available after the service.

10:30 am Worship for families and young people

This is what most people would regard as our main service including Christian teaching for both adults and children. Everyone meets together to start with and then the children go off to Junior Church and YF. There is a creche available from 10:30 am for babies and toddlers, but everyone is welcome to stay throughout the service. Multimedia presentations are often used at this service to support reflection and prayer, together with a mix of contemporary songs and well loved hymns. After the service worshippers are encouraged to chat over a drink of tea or coffee and a biscuit, and juice is available for the children.

Communion

Communion is celebrated quarterly, usually on the last Sunday of February, May, August, and November, at 9.30am and 10.30 am.

Midweek Service

A short service in the Chapel at 1:00 pm each Thursday alongside the Beacon luncheon club.

Prayer Team

Two members of the prayer team will be standing at the front of the church (near the lectern) to pray with those who request prayer after the 10.30 service. The team will be wearing badges. Should anyone miss the chance to go forward and would like to ask for prayer from any member of the team please feel free to make this request. This is currently suspended due to the need for social distancing.
